We don’t provide a warranty on clothing, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, you can request an exchange within 5–7 days of delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Items can be returned or exchanged within 5–7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Please see our Refund & Exchange Policy for more details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payments through major payment providers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping may be added in the future.
